Disabled parking in private business parks

Hi All

I currently work from home as i have difficulty walking, i have to visit my office a few times a week, this has not been a problem before as i had access to disabled parking bays next to my office. My company have moved to a new location in a private business estate where the landlord has placed parking restrictions. There are no disabled parking bays available inside the business park. Does anyone know what the requirements are for supplying disabled bays in business parks?
