Renault Kangoo Van 1.5 dci. Warning lights with no recorded faults!

Hello, I have a Kangoo van 2003 1.5 dci and the STOP, GLOW PLUG & ENGINE LIGHT are coming on when driving and putting any load on. when you back off the throttle the go back out. The engine light flashes and the other two are just on. I plugged a code reader in but there were no recorded faults! Has anyone come across this issue?
Any help would be great.
