Renault Trafic non starter

Hi I recently purchased a 2006 Renault Trafic 1.9 diesel.

I picked up the van from the garage on Friday, I drove it home and everything seemed good. Come Saturday morning it wouldn't turn over, so I called the RAC and when he turned up he said it was probably the fuel injectors. He sprayed a little bit of easy start and the van turned over fine. Since then the van has been faultless, started up every time.

I have a 3 month warranty but the garage isn't that close to home. Should I leave it and see if it plays up again, or get the problem sorted. Does this sound like fuel injectors or could it be something else?

It just seems strange it is working fine now.
