i did an exchange yesterday with my motor home for a smaller one, both worth £16,000. They delivered the van but when I checked the registration document last night I found major discrepancies when I checked the MOT history, namely the mileage advertised on the van was 37,000 and the mot's went from 70,000 and gradually up each year to 114,000. The garage say all the mot's are wrong and they are right. Also the new mot they gave me didn't have any advisories but on the government website there were 4. I have asked for my van back but they are fobbing me off by saying their mileage is right. I have informed trading standards but can't find who to contact regarding the mot. All I want is my van back but they not cooperating. HELP PLEASE!
