Hi all,
I had a small crash last week on a roundabout.
I was already on the roundabout when in front of me another driver tried to join the roundabout, due to their road positioning and the lack of gap they gave in front of me, I believed that they were taking the first exit, they did not and I went into the back of them.
This caused a a dent in my bonnet and my front bumper to crack, their car showed no sign of damage but they have since came back and claimed that the melt behind the bumper is bent and it will cost around £800 to repair and that they believe it is completely my fault and want me to pay out.
This is my first accident having been driving for over 5 years so I just wanted some honest opinions on how to proceed.
