A lady reversed into my son when he was stationary he had 2 witnesses in the car no damage to sons car and she admitted liability 9 months later we receive a claim saying my son hit her ! Our insurance company will not disclose any information on her claim against him. It's still in dispute but they are saying it will probably go 50/50 mean time they have withdraw my sons no claims bonus on renewal even though it's not resolved we can't move insurance companies because you have to disclose the amount paid out any advise would be very helpful he is only 18 and he can't understand why he is being punished for something he has not done he has a box fitted and gets bonus miles each month for good driving ! Please help I need to sleep at night !! Thx you
