Vauxhall Corsa 1.4i (1995)

Hi,

Please forgive the ignorance, but you don't know until you ask.

I have a '95 Vauxhall Corsa 1.4i.

Can I put Shell V-Power Nitro+ Unleaded in it instead of 'regular' unleaded, or will I break the car?

The reason I ask, is that they say it helps get the best performance out of the car.
