Serious Complaint about apalling service from the RAC

I have suffered some appalling service; the complaint has gone on for months; I finally received a wholly-inadequate response today from your customer service dept. I have continually requested my complaint be escalated to a senior manager within the business and they are refusing to do so.

It is important the issues are addressed strategically by someone senior within the business whereas all I have received is a tactical response from junior people. I assume they are reluctant to allow escalation because they are protecting their backs.

Please arrange for a senior manager (preferably at or near Board level) to contact me so I can forward the email trail directly to them for a proper investigation
