As a company J P Todd Glass and Glazing Ltd have been members for over 25-30 years. We needed a new battery, and ever since have chased and chased and chased, for a VAT invoice. How difficult is it for customer services to action our request? Anyone have a solution to this? Our accountants need the invoice for our accounts, we need to claim the VAT back.
