We have a really lovely Auto-Sleeper camper to sell but have no experience with selling. We are genuine sellers but totally out of our comfort zone with places like EBay and Autotrader and after reading some of the comments on here about experiences in buying on these websites I am worried everyone will think we are scammers or dealers.
Where on earth can decent, honest people go to sell a genuine vehicle. I have placed a free advert with the Caravan Club just in the hope of getting a buyer and have put the word round with some friends but I really want to try and reach a wider number of prospective buyers if possible. I can provide photos, full service details and happy for anyone to inspect and test drive. However we are in our 60's and naturally not so confident at dealing with anyone who might be a bit dodgy.
There is lots of advice for buyers but not so much for sellers out there so if anyone has any advice I would be really grateful.
