Central locking fob not working

I have a Focus 2001 car with a master key (blue chip on it) and normal fob key. My Fob key stopped working so I put a new battery in and programmed it my self using the 4 times thing.

The problem is that the remote key is not opening or locking the doors, it starts the engine fine. The remote key also not open my bonnet so I have to have the blue chip key and remote key on my keyring together. Anybody got any ideas.
