A shot in the dark. here goes.
my daughter has just arrived in canada and has purchased a new car and registered for car insiurance cover. In order to get a better deal she needs to provide evidence of UK car insurance cover - no claims etc. Unfortunately the Ins copmanay are asking for past 6 years proof. She can recall the last 3 insurance copnaies she used, but cannot recall previous Ins cover providers. Does any one know if there is a register of insurance cover , which perhaps holds archive of insurance cover certificates etc.?
