went to view and test drive a 2011 kia ceed today,really low milage ,loverly clean condition.......everything went well.......until I mentioned id be doing a hpi check on it when I got home,the seller seemed to go a bit quiet........I did offer to leave a deposit,thank god I didn't......hpi came back with outstanding finance,which I think I was half expecting,but also oddly its had 2 different number plates,and the one that was on it when I viewed it ,is stated in the hpi but not the one that should be on it legally......the thing that got my alarm bells ringing was the quote"i cant find the v5 at the moment mate"........beware people...hpi checks(whilst a cost of 20 quid)are good to have
