RAC suggest 1- 2 hours
One hour later RAC update to say another 1-2 hours
One hour later RAC update to say they have subcontracted it to Westbourne ?sp
Westbourne update to 3-4 hours FROM THE TIME OF SUBCONTRACTING
IT LOOKS LIKE 2200 - 2300 IS THE ATTENDANCE TIME - making it a total of 6-7 hours
RAC Feedback? Useless, and in diplomatic terms, not transparent. Bluntly - bordering a tad of dishonesty and fraudulence, perhaps it is just awful service.
I am separate member and past experience has been good. Why has the standard fallen off the plot I wonder?
For sure in my business, I would be out of business if that was the standard of response.
