17 years of loyal subscriptions i should have spent somewhere else

within a few days of getting your 'black card' for 17 years loyal subs you leave me for 2 hours in sub-zero temperatures with my family on the side of the M1 at night

your phone staff dealt with me dishonestly and with discourtesy, during the above incident they repeatedly tried to blame third parties TO WHOM YOU SUBCONTRACT for the problems

not only was the initial 'rescue' delayed the subsequent recovery to home was utterly uncoordinated with 3 stages, which would have turned to 4 if I had not intervened myself to make a direct arrangement.

the staff on the road were polite, helpful and cooperative throughout but were completely let down by whatever organising effort the RAC pretend to contribute

some lowlights:
"it will be 45 minutes" which turned to 2 hours
a home relay to essex which started with a 30 min journey further north
a second stage ending at watford gap when the third stage was waiting at newport pagnell
the third stage driver only had 45 mins left on his Taco for an 80 mile journey
I will be cancelling my subscription after paying for an insurance which never existed and I will make absolutely sure I publicise your cynical attempts to avoid blame as far and wide as I can
shameful
