Sad new years eve for me, Having got stopped on the 18th nov for exceeding the limit I had all but assumed they'd lost me or let me off but alas, On the 31st dec I got an email offering me a course or you know what. I must admit it was a fair cop but having lost my job 6 months back and xmas etc, I really can't afford either offer.
So I was hoping some kind folk on this site might cheer me up by enlightening me on this 2 week rule about notifying folk on intending to prosecute. Is there a glimmer of a case here for me. Any help would be extremely welcome.
