Breakdown Number RD29PG298. Justin 2116 wanted to sell me an RAC battery there and then saying that my battery was condemned and it was rubbish. He said I did not use the car enough.
When I refused to buy a battery from him, he said that I would be charged if I called the RAC again. Then he wrote that "member has warranty on battery".
The car has been running ever since (5 days) without problems. I was sick during the Christmas period and could not use the car for 9 days.
I had to wait for over 2 hours and it had taken nearly one hour to get through to anybody on the switchboard.
I am disgusted.
