Last night I was driving along a road which had many stationary cars parked along my side of the road forcing me to drive on the wrong side of the road, I ensured there were no cars coming so it was safe to do so. From a side road junction on the right hand side of the road a car pulled out, he did not stop as he was only looking to see if traffic was coming from his right and did not look to see me coming towards him. I tried to swerve once I was passed the stationary cars but he hit my car on the rear right hand wheel denting my side panel. He believes that it was my fault as I was on the wrong side of the road, but I believe it is his fault as he should have looked both ways before pulling out of the junction. I was on the main highway and had to be on the wrong side of the road to pass the stationary cars. Could I please have your views? Thanks
