Indicater light flashing too fast after back lights were replaced

I have a Vauxhall vectra 2003. Had an issue where all back lights went within a day. Replaced all using Halfords bulb changing service. A day or so later I noticed my indicators on dash board were flashing too fast. I've checked the bulbs and relays switches. But still the indicators are flashing too fast.
Please can you help?
