2007 Fiesta 1.4 Clunking noise when accelarating from stationary

Hi, I have just purchased a 2007 Fiesta 1.4 Zetec. I drove it fine over 80 miles from the garage yesterday - no problems or no unusual noises.

Today when I went to drive it, after the biting point, it makes a loud clunking/judder noise from the engine area that can be felt in the car and heard from the roadside.

Any ideas?
