I would like some advice if possible.
My boyfriend has had a car accident in his works car park this week & I just want a general opinion with who is at fault.
He was going out at dinner time, he reversed our of his car park spot, turned his car around & was just proceeding (bearing right) to the exit, still in 1st gear crawling at approx 5mph, a delivery lady has cut off a corner driving over empty car parking spaces heading towards where my boyfriend was leaving from on his side of the car park and crashed into him with the full front of her vehicle into his passenger side door & front wing of car. He had to get his car towed away as it wasn't driveable her front bumper fell off and the bonnet was shunted but she drover hers away. She admitted liability and handed him over all her details. She was spotted by a co-worker on her mobile also, and was going very fast for a car park. The whole thing has been caught from 2 angles on CCTV. Which way is an insurance company likely to see this as it was in a car park with no white lines, she is now no longer admitting liability, & my boyfriend doesn't want to end up paying his excess for this that was out of his control. Thanks in advance!
