I'm currently searching for my first (technically second car) and was hoping to find some advice here. I'm looking for one between £4,000 and £6,000 (£6,500 max.)
My current choices are between a VW Polo (http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...01408126542692) and Focus (http://www.e-motioncarsltd.co.uk/use...01409027061948) I know they're pretty different cars, but on one hand a smaller 1.4 TDI Polo is more sensible, and on the other a 1.6/1.8 Focus. I am open to other options, apart from a Fiesta which I know I won't be going for.
To bare in mind, I'm currently driving a 2002 1.8 Focus - I'm looking for advice based solely on the fact that I'm a fairly new driver (passed just under a year ago) and also factors APART from insurance.
