Car making noise I can't find the problem.

I have a Renault Scenic 1.4 2001 which is slowly driving me insane! The past few weeks it's been making noises coming from the front right hand side. Only happens after I've driven about 20 to 30 miles or turning the steering wheel right. It doesn't always happen and I have wondered if it could be the wheel bearings. I admit I'm not great at fixing cars and only pass my test 2 years ago. Anyone feel like help the new guy? God knows I don't wanna pay £££ to a garage that will wanna test a million times while I pay them for it. If I can have a shot at fixing it myself I will. Clearly safety first tho.
