When I bought my 2007 Volvo C30 1.6d three years ago I thought I was buying a Volvo. How naïve. I did not know it was a Peugot engine - which I've recently heard has potential problems. Having just spent last year £1,000 on new DPF and last week £1,300 on new clutch, dmf and one wheel bearings I would prefer to keep the car a while. However, are there other possible expensive problems to avoid by changing cars ? Also is the S40 a complete Volvo - love the comfort ?
