Very poor customer service

5 weeks ago I got a flat tyre on my husband car. I was unable to change the wheel myself. RAC came and put on the space-saver. The engineer was very nice. Unfortunately when I arrived at Kwik Fit to replace the tyre the locking wheel nut was nowhere to be seen.
After contacting RAC again the driver went back to the site of the incident and could not find it. Unfortunately the wheel nut was bespoke to the car and it was expensive to rectify the situation.
It has now cost us £663 to have all of the wheels forcefully removed and new wheel nuts to be added.
Despite admitting responsibility when the incident occurred, five weeks later the matter has still not been resolved. Three emails have been ignored. We have been on the telephone to them three times (each time waiting on hold for an hour to be served!) and every time the person we spoke to was unable to help us and promised that we would be rung back within 24 hours.
We still have not been contacted from them. This is unacceptable!
