Hi all, I'm looking for some help, I purchased a vehicle which on the surfaced looked great, straight after buying it I noticed through garage investigation that the exhaust manifold was cracked and that there was a leak in the steering rack, making it unroadworthy. The vehicle came with a new mot given on the day of purchase. Mechanics have told me the problems definitely existed before purchase.
Now the problem occurs as I am not able to drive the vehicle the garage is saying they will only consider a refund if I transport the vehicle back to them at my cost. Is that right or should he be liable to transport the vehicle?
