Vans with same body shape

I'm new here so may be on the wrong forum or maybe people only deal with cars here but I desperately need help...
I currently have a Renault Master 2002/52 LWB 2.5dCi (120bhp) LH35 High Roof with 190,000 on the clock which my husband and I have semi converted to a camper- easily removable bed and worktop plus windows and solar electricity. It is dying slowly and we can't really take it abroad any more because of breakdown cover/fixing/repatriation issues - see below, the story contains a useful warning!
However, we love our conversion and would like to put it into a newer vehicle.
I know that there are several makes and models other than the Renault Master that have exactly the same body shape - Vauxhall Movano for example - but don't know any others.
Does anyone know which other vans have the same shape and can anyone advise or give an opinion about which are considered most reliable? Or can anyone tell me where I may be able to find out more about this?
Any help at all would be so massively appreciated. Gail
WARNING ABOUT BREAKING DOWN ABROAD:
Last time I was driving abroad I broke down near Vienna, the RAC was told the van wasn't worth fixing and it took a day of begging/sobbing and finally talking to the RAC Europe duty manager to persuade them to repatriate it - it was only a perished small rubber ring holding the injector (or something like that) and cost £20 to fix in Wales! BEWARE - your vehicle will only be repatriated if the book price is higher than the repatriation costs and, unless the problem is obvious, garages are reluctant to get involved, especially with an older vehicle and in countries which have incentives to scrap older models.
