My wife and i wanted to give feedback on Malcolm 4736. He came to our home in Thame on Saturday 26th July to help us with a classic car. Malcolm was an absolute star and we would appreciate it if you gave him the recognition he deserves. He was extremely helpful and we are v grateful to him.
Whilst on the subject of feedback - this community / forum is very un-user friendly You really need to sort the UX out. i suggest you make it easier for people to join/post /navigate this forum.
Also it might be an idea to make 'feedback' more obvious in the main part of the site / via calls. great motivator for your teams an engenders a stronger relationship with your customers.
this eve - i wanted to tell you something positive and it was much more of an effort than it should be... make it easy for people to say well done. they might remember it at renewal time.
