I don't use forums usually but I really felt compelled to put on record the outstanding service we experienced from an RAC rescue operative today. Our car was stuck in 4 wheel drive and smoke was coming from the bonnet! I called the RAC who gave an estimate for 1 to 1.5 hours wait. Within 30 mins the most cheerful guy turned up. I didn't get his name but we were stuck at the parachute centre in Bridlington so hopefully you records will be able to tell you who he is and pass on our thanks again. If you have an employee of the month this chap deserves it!!! PS. Thanks to Sharon for the Rocky Road!
