Driving home the car in front of me drove straight into the back of someone at 35 mph who was stopped indicating to make a right turn. She didn't Brake as she hadn't noticed them so came to an abrupt halt. I braked the instant I heard the bang but hit the back of her at approx 8 mph. Police report says she's at fault, witness came forward to state she didn't brake and that I did, sheadmitted fault Her car was damaged at the front from her impact but no damage visible at the rear. I suffered a cracked radiator. She is now trying to claim on my insurance for car damage and 'injury' caused no doubt by the impact from her driving at speed into the other car. The first driver is claiming from her. Where do I stand? I don't believe any damage or injury was caused by my bump into her but from the initial impact.
