Hi, does a car dealer need to disclose if the car they are selling you was an demonstration vehicle? For example, the car has been pushed to limits around race tracks and driven for press reviews? I have discovered online videos and photographs of the vehicle I have just bought directly from a large brand dealership being raced around tracks against other vehicles. The car has also been in the garage 3 times in the month that I have owned it with problems on the underbelly, breaks and I have now been informed that my tyres are not road worthy! Spoken to the dealership and their solution is give the car back, leaving me carless with no compensation! Thank you for your help.
