likelyhood of a clocked mileage

Hi all, I found this forum out of desperation for answers ..here goes

I have just been accepted for a jaguar XF car finance by a dealership and due to pick car up in a couple of hours and just found out via HPI the mileage descrepancy on the vehicle below - Please can someone advise what this means (I have not collected the vehicle).
